How do we calculate your loyalty level?
Your loyalty level is decided on a monthly basis according to the amount of Jewels you earn in a specific month. The levels are:
- 0 Jewels = " Rookie"
- 1-599 Jewels = "Bronze"
- 600 - 2,399 Jewels = "Silver"
- 2,400+ = "Gold"
You'll earn 12 jewels each time you deposit £1 and the jewel count is updated every 24 hours.
As you can see in the loyalty rewards table, the higher your loyalty level, the more rewards you'll receive!
We reserve the right to amend or remove these offers at any time without notice and to change a player's loyalty level at our own discretion, as well as the loyalty levels themselves.
We maintain the right to upgrade or downgrade any player from any Loyalty level on its own sole discretion.
How can you reach VIP Level?
Ruby and Emerald levels are invite only based on criteria set by our VIP team.
How do I claim my rewards?
We will work out your rewards every Friday and credit any rewards due. You don't need to do a thing!
This is available to Silver players and above. Your cashback is calculated based on your activity from the previous week. As cashback is on a Friday, this means your activity from Friday – Thursday will be considered.
If you placed a bet during the previous week, you'll receive a percentage from any of your losing bets the following week. This will be paid into your relevant bonus or cash account.
We calculate your losses by totaling how much cash you've wagered (note, this doesn't include bonus funds) and we deduct how much cash you've won. If you've lost more than you've won, then we'll calculate your percentage of cashback on this total.
There's no better time of year than to celebrate on your birthday! The higher your loyalty level, the better your birthday bonus will be! You could get anything from an exclusive code to FREE Spins!
On the month of your birthday you will receive a Zodiac email telling you to claim your Zodiac game tickets. Once you have claimed your tickets you will receive an email the day of the Zodiac game with an extra special birthday bonus.
Weekly Friday Spins
Gold players and above will receive FREE Spins every Friday. The spins will be on a slot of the promotors choice and will be capped based on your loyalty level. Spins will expire within 7 days of crediting.

I haven't received any cashback. Why is this?
If you haven't received any cashback, this is most likely because you had a lucky week and won more than you lost, you lucky thing!

I didn't receive as much as I thought I would.
We calculate all of your cashback and rewards as stated in the guide above. If you haven't received the amount of goodies you thought you were going to get, then we'll more than happily look into this for you. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your alias and query and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.
What happens to deposits made after the last Friday of the month?
These deposits will be taken into account based on your loyalty level for the next month. This means, if you were a Gold player and upgraded to Emerald, you will receive Emerald level cashback.
How long will I keep my loyalty level?
Your level will remain the same from the 1st to the end of the current month.
